The idea for CWA came just a few years ago when we were presented with a challenge we did not have an answer to, as a result we set out to educate ourselves on how to best come together as a team to offer solutions to our clients that our colleagues were not offering. Our education journey lead us to an array of strategies that we felt were unique and important enough to be the  base our practice.
